If I was a writer for a Late Night talk show and someone proposed to me that they were going to have a "Charades" segment, I'd smile politely and wait for the police to arrive and drag that person to a sanitarium using one of those giant nets. It sounds crazy but somehow it works as a fun mixture of comedy and game show.

I like near the end of the first clip when Jimmy's hip-mic thing is exposed. That felt naughty. The CotT reminds me of the old show from the 90's, Wings, when they play trivial pursuit. Lowell answers ANN MARGARET!!!! to every question becauase he remembers that she is the answer to one question in the game, he just doesn't remember which.
