In this introduction to an episode of "A Bit of Fry and Laurie", Hugh Laurie dies tragically and is remembered by those who know him best.
Love the cameo by Rowan Atkinson to take the skit over the top.
If Thurston Howell III were alive, he'd hang out here.
I've added all the "A Bit of F&L" to netflix, but haven't started watching it yet.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the Margaret Thatcher rant, because it reminded me if the scene in V for Vendetta, in which Fry gives a rant about the premiere of England. Unfortunately that one ends a bit different, and results in Fry being bagged and then beaten to death.
Side note: Where is the Lid? It's behind the Sofa? This exchange occurs almost verbatim in "Monty Python and the Meaning of Life", when they play the half-time game of "Where's the Fish".
