Dana Carvey is one of the few surefire talk show guests. This was released today apropos of nothing, as far as I know... wait a minute, did Dana Carvey die? No, Dana is still alive. Phew.

Late Show - Dana Carvey
A conspiracy on ABC? Sounds a lot like Conan.
I wish I could say I'd never seen "Shakespeare in Love" but I caved a while back because I was trying to complete those Greatest Movie lists. I don't remember much (any) of it but I wish I had paid attention to the mention of the theater.

Too Funny To Fail Trailer
If you're a reader of this blog you already know of the insane singularity that was "The Dana Carvey Show".
Now it looks like Hulu is creating a documentary about it. You can see the trailer below.
Is there any worse phrase than "only on Hulu"? But yet I must see it.
"Too Funny to Fail" will be released October 21st. Oh yeah, that happened already.

SNL - Dana Carvey
This week was a special event for Saturday Night Live. The guest host was Dana Carvey. The show saw the return of "Church Chat" and special cameos by Mike Meyers and John Lovitz.
Oh yeah and a little something called THIS:
Also, this one isn't so much funny as I just like this song and wish to buy the record album.
It was nice to see him back and it was one of the better episodes of the past few years. You can watch the full show here.

Late Night - 10/28 Greatest Show Ever?
The Late Night episode from Thursday, October 28th was unusually good. It may be the best "Late Night" ever (of the Jimmy Fallon era). The show had "Remix the Clips", "Head Swap Vol. 6", "If Puppies Could Vote" and the first guest was Dana Carvey who's one of the best guests any talk show could have. Plus, The Roots collaborated with Mr. Carvey on a performance of "Choppin' Broccolli" - one of my favorite skits of all-time.
I couldn't decide whether to post a whole bunch of the clips of the show or just the full episode so I'm doing both.
If you have some spare time, I highly recommend you watch the full episode here.
