An amazing classic, perhaps my favorite thing Conan's ever done.... Conan forms his own late 90s boy band a la "Making the Band", Dudez A-Plenti.
There's a version on youtube that's excellent quality but it's a cut up/edited version which - in my opinion - is like taking a hacksaw to the Mona Lisa.
This is the full version on vimeo. The quality is real rough but it's the original.
And of course there's the followup piece where they make their first music video. Such an underrated, under-known classic:
